I can’t believe it is time for a new school year. I had a great summer with traveling to San Francisco and Fort Bragg, California! We even had a short trip to Galveston Island.
We have been working hard getting new and returning students registered for school. Meet the Teacher will be Thursday, August 18th from 4:30-5:30. Remember that our campus will be very crowded with Primary Meet the Teacher beginning at 4:00. Can’t wait to see you there!
Incoming Kindergarten students are invited and encouraged to come to Kindergarten Round Up on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 anytime between 8:30 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. Please use the entrance on the north side of the building. (This is the entrance where Primary car pick up and drop off normally is.) Parents must bring a certified birth certificate, social security card, and current shot records. Parents will fill out enrollment information while your child meets with the Kindergarten teachers.

Thanksgiving holiday will be from November 26-28. There has been a change in dismissal time. Intermediate campus will dismiss at 11:30 instead of 12:00 on Tuesday, November 25. Buses will run at this time. This change will allow our Food Service Department time to prepare for the WOISD Annual Senior Citizen Thanksgiving Luncheon.
Early Release for Thanksgiving Holidays on Tuesday, November 25th. Holiday Wednesday, November 26-November 28. Back to school on Monday, December 1st.
Delivery for Big Kahuna Fundraiser Thursday, December 11th. Limo Ride and out to lunch for students that have sold 15 or more products or have made $130 donation.

Help is on the way! Are you having trouble registering online? No worries, we will be set up next Wednesday, August 6 and Thursday, August 7, to help you during returning student registration. Don’t forget to bring proof of residence (utility bill) to receive teacher placement!
Feeling a little bug eyed today! LOL can’t decide if I’m ready for spring or bring on more cold weather! Welcome to our new students that we have this week. White Oak is a great place to raise a family and attend school.
